Items lost or damaged in the mail
If you do not receive your package, or if your book arrives having been damaged in transit, please reach out to us via email to email@example.com within six weeks from the order date (for USA orders), or within eight weeks from the order date (for orders to Australia, Canada, or New Zealand). We will offer you the choice between a replacement package at no additional charge or a refund.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not accepted, but if you have a problem or concern about your purchase, please let us know via email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee ebook compatibility with your device. Please choose EPUB or PDF format, depending on the device and application you plan to use while reading. If your device requires the MOBI format, we recommend purchasing the EPUB version from our store and then using free software such as Calibre to perform the necessary conversion.
Packages are shipped within 3 business days of receiving the order. You will receive an email notifying you that your package has shipped. For estimates of shipping time, see Shipping Information.
